We always do dry-run before implementing things. Same is the case with the simplistic game UI that we have created. UI is designed so that kids can also navigate easily, and everyone hwo plays the game feels it comfortable.
People download a game to have fun. If there are too many UI elements on a casual game, then it is good for nothing. So we kept things minimal ensuring full focus on the strategy and gameplay.
Every level we worked on in the game, is initially planned on a piece of paper. We did this to ensure that levels are challenging enough and also playable with option to create a high score. Total research time on levels was approx. 3 weeks in which we played the game on paper.
We made the theme a bit childish. Colors used are light and fonts used are cartoonish. This is done so that kids can connect with the game more. Also, as things go simple, people love the ease. So everything is made readable and effective, with childish cuteness.
All the levels designed use simple but attractive animations, sounds and theme is designed so that the interactive elements are highlighted a lot. Like balls and boxes they are highlighted so that people can easily understand that these are the things to hit.
We have created very minor elements like flying bird, which seems like a target but it is not. We have created options to clear level with ease. We have created directional indicator ensuring you can judge the direction it will go. Making it more interactive.
The game is designed and developed ensuring that it is playable on all devices with all resolutions and configuration. If you find any issues while playing or installing game, feel free to reach out our support.
